Silver Sage Show Dogs began as Tabreking Boxers and stems from a life-long love of all things canine and the desire I have had since I was a small child of raising, breeding and showing quality dogs.
We live in rural Southeastern, Idaho on 10 acres. My husband Brent runs an excavation company and I work for a local, Northern Utah newspaper. We have 2 human children: Zachary, 16 and Meghan, 10.
Our 4 legged kids include 4 boxers and one "boxer groupie" toy poodle. Boxers came into my life and became my obsession in 1998 with our wonderful companion Pete. I knew from that first night with him on the bed that I would be involved with dogs for the rest of my life.
Thus began the search for our show quality foundation.
In June of 2001 we were lucky enough to bring Sophie into our home. From 1998 until now it has been a neverending journey of learning, experiencing, and meeting new and wonderful people.
