if they are potentially good I want them to hatch, put if bad I want to get rid of them. The crawling bugs are about the size of 1/4 of a flea. the body is kind of round and it looks like four legs or six. The bugs are greenish brown.

APHIDS!!! Very bad, you want to get rid of those guys right away. There are a lot of remedy’s people will give you including dish soap and hot pepper water. They do work but I recommend something containing Neem oil. These guys will weaken the plant and spread disease.
